The brushing process can be skipped for swiftlet nests aimed at Non-Chinese with a dry extraction process.

This process is done using tweezers. Extraction can be done by the wet method using water or the dry method without using water.

Performed for all types of swallow nests which will then be separated by grade. There are five types of swallow’s nests based on the shape produced during the grading process, namely the Bowl, Fault, Destroyed, Guntingan, and Titilan.

Performed in accordance with the results of the valid steamer verification and updated at least 1 time per year. This process is the final process of product processing so that a Finished Product is obtained with a batch number according to the heating date of the product.

Primary packaging is carried out using a plastic shirnk accompanied by a barcode per piece (bowl type) and secondary packaging using a vacuum system.
